Help! I'm having trouble with my login.

If you are experiencing trouble logging in and you have logged in once, it could be you're experiencing a cookie issue where your browser remembers your previous login credentials before the access change.  Try these steps to resolve the issue. 

  1. If you are logged into GC Insights, please log out.
  2. Open a new browser session and login.
  3. If the problem persists, you will need to clear all cookies and cache and then login. Click here for Chrome instructions on how to clear cache & cookies.
